Holiday Colouring Contest 2023
In the spirit of the holidays, T&R is hosting our second annual colouring contest open to children ages 5-10 years old, and a resident of Canada (except Quebec). There’s a great prize pack for the artist, but mom, dad or guardian will receive a load of rocks! Yes that is correct! Not coal in your stocking but a gift certificate for rocks, soil or mulch. Perfect for your spring yard improvements. Contest is open December 1 – December 15, 2023.
How to enter T&R colouring contest
Print the colouring sheet. Colour however your creative mind would like. Fill in the contact information on the colouring sheet and either: email, mail or drop off the entry to the following:

One random entry will be drawn on December 18, 2023.
T&R colouring contest prize pack: A fun-filled T&R toy box has been curated with the little ones in mind. A gift box of toys and activities suitable for children ages 5-10 years and valued at approximately $125.00 can be picked up at T&R Location during business hours up until 1:00 pm Dec 22, 2023.
For the guardian or parent: A gift certificate for product valued at $400.00. Valid for aggregate, soils or mulch. Must be picked up at T&R Contracting during office hours anytime in 2024. 
There is no cash value to this prize package.

T&R Contracting Ltd. (T&R) (Contest Organizers) is offering this contest and is open to all residents of Canada (except Quebec). By participating in this contest, the person or child’s legal parent/guardian is agreeing to the Contest Rules and Terms and Conditions as outlined below.
1. CONTEST DATES
The Colouring Contest begins December 1, 2023 and closes at 11:50 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on December 15, 2023.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Contest open to persons ages 5 and above. One (1) entry per person.
Employees or contractors of the “Contest Organizers” and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Only an email address is required. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Organizers. Void where prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER

Include with your entry the guardians name, artist name and contact information.

Entries can be dropped off, mailed, or submitted by email at the T&R Contracting Ltd office by 4:00 pm December 15, 2023.

By entering the contest you agree to allowing the Contest Organizers to post your artwork on social media and or websites related to the T&R group of companies. Your personal information will be displayed only with your consent, and you accept the terms and conditions of the contest.
4. WINNERS & PRIZES
One random winner will be picked by a staff member at T&R on December 18, 2023. Winners will be notified by email or phone
5. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
A T&R representative will inform by telephone or email the person whose name has been selected within three (3) days of the draw. If T&R is unable to reach the person whose name was drawn within three (3) days of the draw using all reasonable means, a new draw will take place at the T&R offices.
